GUIDANCE FOR ACCESSING YOUR MP3 RECORDING

1. You need an Etsy account to be able to download your meditation. If you don't have one already, an account is easy to set up. Go to www.etsy.com and the site will guide you through the registration process.

2. Once you have purchased your meditation, you will receive an email with a link to your meditation.

3. Click on the link. There are two options - View or Download. If you click on View the meditation will play straight away.

4. If you click on Download on your PC, your meditation will go to your Downloads folder. If you download it on your phone, your meditation will be sent to your Files folder.
